the style of assayer T circa 1620.
Beautiful, bold, deep struck, full shield - slightly offset to
the left so that the mint and assayer marks P and T are off the
planchet and thus not visible.
A very nice grade 2 coin - on par with many grade 1 coins.
Coin is mounted in a 14k gold bezel with fixed bale, and with
bezel, is slightly larger than a half dollar in size. Supplied

all lions and castles boldly visible in the cross quadrants.
The shield side is struck in near alignment with that of the
cross side and exhibits a full shield with most of the shield
elements visible through typical grade 3 corrosion. An
excellent Atocha 4 reales coin with exceptional cross side
details, more typical of high end grade 1 coins. Mounted in a silver bezel with
14k gold prongs and a 14k gold fixed
bale. The coin, with bezel, is slightly larger than a half dollar in
